City of Woodstock To Relocate City Hall

The city of Woodstock acquired 109 E. Main St. in Woodstock, GA, from Woodstock Community Church Inc. for $3.7 million, or about $104 per square foot. Currently used as a church, the building consists of 40,250 square feet, was built in 1929 and is in the Cherokee County submarket.
